A. Interview Test

Time : Session I 09.00 - 10.00 WITA

              Session II 10.30 - 11.30 WITA

             Session III 12.00 - 13.00 WITA

Place  : Dean's Room, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University

Documents to bring during the interview

1. Diploma / SKL

2. Study Result Card

3. Accreditation certificate for S1 Pharmacy study program from participants

4. Exam card

5. Identity card (KTP/SIM/Passport) of the examinee

6. Non-Reactive antigen SWAB results (as listed on the examinee's card)

7. Stationery (Pens)

8. Must use a mask of at least 3 ply (not a cloth or spandex mask) and a faceshield

B. TKD test

Time : 09.00 - 11.00 WITA

Place: AF Building PS Pharmacy Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University
